We are so in love with our home! We bought a home that needed a lot of love and renovations done! That is exactly what Dustin and his crew provided! Their attentiona to detail is out of this world! Dustin has a great eye for renovating and brought so many wonderful ideas to me that I would have never thought of! Highly recommend them for any home project!

Dustin and Jamie were phenomenal to work with. They were on time, within budget, and always above and beyond with customer service. I would highly recommend Your Local Construction, and will certainly use them again in the future when the need arises.

Your Local Construction renovated 1000 square feet of our house after Hurricane Sally. The company had a great crew of individuals that were friendly, professional, and did quality work. The remodel bathroom looked amazing, everything was so much more than I could imagine. Dustin and his wife took our ideas and made them far better. Loved working with YLC.

Thankfully my realtor & friend, Tasha Tidwell, w/ Levin Rinke, referred me to Dustin Vaughn with Your Local Construction in Gulf Breeze, FL. I needed to remodel my new condo on Pensacola Beach after experiencing issues with Hurricane Sally. Dustin and Jamie Cummings came over and were both so polite & professional. They listened to my ideas and provided wonderful feedback on the work that needed to be done. They completely remodeled by master bathroom which was very enclosed and they were able to open it up, install a beautiful new vanity, shower, tile, paint, lighting fixtures, etc, and it looks fantastic! They performed a miracle with my very small kitchen by replacing the dark granite countertops and painting cabinets, installing under cabinet lighting and creating a small niche w/ shelves with totally opened up and brightened the kitchen so much! What used to be a dark, tiny kitchen now looks amazing, very light & bright! They also removed the very dated, old carpet in both bedrooms & installed the new vinyl plank which is waterproof and blends in well with the tile floors in the main living area! Their workers are extremely reliable & courteous! Big shout out to John, Jeff & Cory, their painter! I am so incredibly pleased with Your Local Construction!
