Im sorry you feel that way, when you called to be a walk in we notified you the wait would be an hour and you let us know it would okay. When you asked about the client prior to you I let you know she was ahead of you and had an appointment and that her trim would be quick. As our photos show our jobs are very professional.

The staff was unprofessionally and disrespectfully treatment. I was the first came than the other customer, they by passed me. When I told them I am the first came than her, they said it is gonna take very quick. I decided to leave because this incident gave me an idea of how their job could be worse and unprofessional.

Fernando did a great job cutting my hair. He's a very nice person. I was nervous about the blade, I always get anxious with that and normally don't let people clean shave me, but he was very calming and patient about it, first time that I get the razor blade treatment, and wow everything looks so sharp and clean cut. Also, this is the real deal, you get a hot towel, back massage, a great haircut, a great bear trim, and they even did my eyebrows, didn't know my eyebrows could look this clean.
