As of right now, I am very irritated. Dropped my vacuum off exactly 15 days ago. When I took it in. I was told 2 weeks. But they would call me with an estimate. No one has called me yet with an estimate. So I am assuming the vacuum has not even been looked at. I did not want to bother them. As I knew they had a large line of repairs before mine. Maybe this review will change after a phone call tomorrow morning.
I was having an issue with my vacuum, but I thought I had figured it out. I went to ABC Vacuum for a new belt (under $5), and while I was there, the gentleman working took the time to show me what I should be looking for in regards to what I thought was the problem. After I realized I had been wrong, I went back and he proceeded to show me on a like-model what else it could be. Honestly, he could have told me anything and he could have told me he needed to see it and charge me for a diagnosis, but he didn't. He helped me fix the problem on my own and was very kind and patient in doing so. I wish more places had this level of consideration and great overall customer service. I will definitely go there every time the vacuum is on the fritz.
I've bought from here, had vacuums serviced, and bought supplies. Maybe a little slow to get back to you, but in person he's friendly and fast. Very knowledgeable.
