I wish I could write a good review as the actual convertible top/interior I had done was spot on, but the customer service is beyond decent. The company I used to refurbish my classic car used these guys to do the leather. I was delivered a car without the leather snap cover that goes over the top when its down. Nobody wants to claim it was their fault, honestly I didn't care, I just needed it. For around a year I have been conversing with them trying to get that piece sent to me, I even offered to cover the cost of it or pay for shipping. Each time I contacted I got the same answer, we've been super busy, we promise to have this to you next week. Weeks later, the same conversation. Honestly this happened around 8 times, same conversation same answer, its mind boggling. Being a business owner I never ever would treat a customer this way. Especially when they have gone out of their way to be understanding, friendly and offer to pay money, again. I would seriously think twice about using them based on my bad experience. I finally gave up as I live 10 hours away and sometimes its just best to walk away, have trust in karma, and give your money to someone else. How hard is it to just finish a job and be done with it once and for all, and leave the customer smiling? Bummed, my husband really enjoyed meeting the owner and the shop on a visit and we were excited about them on the project, I hate leaving bad reviews and rarely do, but its just gone too far. : (
