I have been treated like I'm a "bother". Doesn't matter what avenue I choose... on site, off site, or on the phone. I guess it's just ME since the reviews are good. I guess I expect people to be as friendly as I am.

Great service. I have been ordering custom made shirts from Gameday for over 7 years now, and have never had a problem. Always on time, great quality, and friendly staff.wonderful for team ordering.
Hey Margaret, I am very sorry that this experience happened with you, as this is not a usual time nor usual occurrence for us as a company or country. We tried to explain the reasoning for the delay was due to the material being backordered for your bag. We understand that it is our issue, and the blame for these issues always land back to us. Should we have been more communicative with you? Absolutely! The order was placed on 9/3, and almost waiting two months for a bag is unacceptable. We should have called and given you a refund of the $42.70 rather than today along with your bag. I was hoping that getting your money back was going to resolve the issue, but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case. To address the "even the young man working the counter said the owner should already retire." That was NOT what was said, and am a bit taken back that you put this in your review. "She has worked 25 years and is looking forward to retirement" was my answer to you. I am not sure where the misinterpretation came from, but wanted to clear that up. I do appreciate your business and leaving the review, as without these kind of reviews, we would not be able to learn and grow. We pride ourselves in learning from our mistakes, and while we understand that you will not give us another chance, we know that we will be improving for other future customers. Just a heads up for anyone wanting order anything custom made: Do not order from Gameday Sportswear. I ordered a sparkly black bookbag for my daughter to use during GBYF cheer season in August. I called three separate times since then to check the status of the bag and received three excuses for why it wasnt completed. I called again yesterday and they said it would be done today. It was. The transfer is approximately six inches high on the front pouch of the bag. They did not initiate contact with me at all throughout this process and then that is what I received after waiting 3 months when the season was over. They issued a refund for the bag and even the young man working the counter said the owner should already retire. Extremely poorly run business. If youre considering Gameday- proceed with caution or take your business elsewhere.
