Hello, I am sorry that the jeans were not cleaned properly. I can assure you that that is not the quality service we strive to deliver to our customers. Lorena sent in your jeans with an instruction flag to prespot and is embarrassed that the work was not according to our quality standards. I understand that you did not have the time to allow us to redo the work but I invite you to drop it off when you are back in town and we will reclean them at no cost to you. I have also reported this so that our plant manager can be aware of the stain issue. If you wish to discuss this further, please give me a call at your convenience 951-509-6940. I had some jeans, dry cleaned and specifically asked the lady at the counter if they would be able to remove a stain on the jeans. She looked at the stain and said yes, immediately and didnt bother to tag it or mark the stain. I picked my jeans up today, with the same stain on it almost as if, it was never dry cleaned. When I pointed it out to her, she said to come back tomorrow and it would be ready. The problem is, when I dropped them off I let her know I needed them the next day because I was leaving out of town the following day. Its upsetting being told no problem, item will be ready tomorrow and not to worry about the stain. I wouldve let them make it right, but I told her I needed it next day! Dont bother going to this place. If the counter lady in the front wouldve taken the time to review and tag items, instead of rushing me out of there, Im sure this wouldnt be a problem.

Wowww. DO NOT USE for regular laundry. I dropped off two loads of towels and two small loads of clothes on a Thursday. They werent ready until Monday, and the total charge?? $154!!! Save yourself from this madness! They returned the clothes jammed into plastic bags and charged an exorbitant amount for 4 loads of regular laundry. Avoid at all cost. This could have been done for less than $10 at a laundromat in an hour

I use Kona for weekly pick up and delivery, they are very responsive and conveniently offer two different pick up days through the week. Good value and items always come back with a photo showing the items dropped off.
