This former client has not paid his attorney fee balance. Asking for a refund when he owes money is just a negotiation tactic. He was awarded joint legal custody and overnight visits which his former wife would not agree to prior to the court hearing. Client is a nice man who is going through a tough time who blames others for his current situation. Divorce is tough. Client was initially happy with the outcome of his hearing until he received his bill.

STAY AWAY This guy is the worst unethical laywer you will find. The reason is cheap is because he doesnt know what he is doing. He will sink your case in a blink of an eye and you will not be refunded. In my case he did not summon any evidence I provide him, at least 5 of them could have lean the case 100% on my favor BEWARE dont make a lifetime mistake

I never scheduled an arbitration! There are no arbitrations in family law! I represented him about three years ago. He never complained to me then. He accepted the judges ruling. When I last saw him in court he said hi and was very cordial and shook my hand. But I respect his opinion if he thought i was condescending only the client holds that perspective. His new attorney filed a challenge to the judge! It was denied! Then he hired another attorney and all this happened the week my father died.

OMG where to start? With me he was very condescending. I went with the google reviews and I thought I had a good lawyer but I was wrong. First of all, he scheduled an arbitration hearing and didn't even tell me the date. He was very negligent with my case and never spoke out on my behalf with the judge. For me, he was a waste of my time and money. I only wish I reserched his license on the California Barr Association website. I would have never hired a lawyer who's license was suspended. Good luck if you chose this lawyer for your case because after I fired him, my second lawyer pointed out all the mistakes he made with my case. I have all the emails and case numbers to prove all I stated was true incase he states anything different!
