Their products are good. However I placed an order late Friday and needed to update the shipping to expedite it. They held the order until I paid the difference in shipping and didn't even start production even though that part was paid. So now I am paying $50 extra to have my order arrive on the same day it would've if I didn't try to expedite shipping. This is a convoluted system that taints an otherwise quality company

You guys are my go-to wholesale printing supplier. There have been a few times recently where I have uploaded a file twice or made some other mistake and you guys have caught it - called me - and we got it corrected.
