I was very excited to find Lane Dentistry but my experiences were not happy ones. Both dentists refused to work on my teeth. Both were concerned about me losing my front tooth but would not put a filling on it. They kept sending me to have a root canal. Its been three years & I have a reputable dentist who put a filling in and my tooth looks and feels great & my tooth is healthy. I have not lost my front tooth but if I listened to Lane Dental, I would have. Please be concerned about this dental office. If they send you home without doing anything, there may be concern. Ive tried to get answer from these two dentists & I am still waiting after so many years. Here is a photo of my beautiful from teeth that were NOT worked on by Lane Dental.

I have a toothache nearest appointment 2 months away I asked question do I have to suffer that long they answered me yes you do

Dr Lane is very nice but Im disappointed with their services. I had a tooth chipped and they wouldn't do anything about it. I was having pain on and off in between my gums by the same tooth. I went in and he gave me a referral to a specialist, which ended up not taking my insurance. The same tooth really cracked and chipped right down to the gums. So now I have a huge whole in my tooth. I called over the weekend and left a message. I called back Monday morning and was told they would call me back. I called backed a few hours later and was told their systems were down, ok I have no issues with that. Someone on the staff called me back and was completely rude to me. I told her what happened and she said it was a wisdom tooth and they cant do anything for me and thats why I was given a referral. Which when I was in for the pain dr lane never said it was a wisdom tooth. I called back about the referral and they gave me a new one, well once again they dont take my insurance. When I talked to someone else and I told her dr lane never said it was a wisdom tooth she replied that the last tooth on the end is a wisdom tooth. So I decided to get a second opinion and was told this tooth was NOT a wisdom tooth and that i had a huge cavity. They said I would need a root canal and a crown. They also said I need another crown on the top because the tooth and the filling is decaying. So now Im stuck footing the bill even though I was seeing the dentist regularly and he told me everything was fine with my teeth. So now I have to find another dentist to fix my problems.
