make sure if you cancel your membership they actually do it.. lost $180 because they didnt actually cancel it and ive been getting charged for 8 months and now i cant get my money back..

Just so you are aware, we require cancellations in person so that you can physically sign off on your cancellation and we can verify the identity of the person cancelling. I called and emailed my information to this place like they told me to do to cancel my membership and they're still charging my card to this date, now I have to go get a new debit card so they won't charge me anymore
