Extremely poor service. We booked a car rental from July 23rd (Sat) - July 26th (Tue). We also paid $66 in advance. During our booking, I also put my flight number AK 3151 (Spirit), which was scheduled to land on Miami at 7 pm. After landing, I followed the instructions on the booking voucher and went to the bus station #5 of the Miami Airport. There was no bus there. I kept calling the ACO Car Rental but nobody answered. They didnt even have the voicemail available. We had to go to their office by taking a taxi. Their office was also closed. We had our hotel reserved in Homestead. We had no other option than to take the taxi to our hotel in Homestead which cost us $80. We called them again on the following day, but nobody responded. So we had to go to the Enterprise car rental in Homestead for the car rental. It was a very bad experience & hassle to book a rental car from ACO. We called them again on July 27th (Wed), but nobody picked up as usual. My suggestion is to not to book from this company. Their services are very poor & unprofessional. Just think of the hassle we had to go through and the extra money we had to pay (taxi fare from & to the airport + again renting a car from Enterprise) because of their very very poor service.

UNRELIABLE. The most important thing about renting a vehicle is that it will be there when you arrive. We reserved and paid a deposit with "ACO rent a car"", also called "rent a car for less". Upon arriving at the Orlando airport and taking a shuttle to their location we were told by their remote assistant (a person on a screen) "the system is down" and there is nothing they can do for us, stranding our family of 6. Lesson learned, pay a little more and reserve with one of the big brands. These folks are scammers. Stephen L

Absolutely terrible experience! Never BoOk with them! They up-charged me when I went to get rental car- tripled the amount I was quoted online! A complete scam and it was a dirty car! Do NOT book!
