Apologies for the issue, the order in question was placed on a Thursday and wanted the the next day, we have a typical turn around of about a week or so as we need to get the shirt here. That being said we try to help whenever possible to have a faster turnaround and we have helped many including from your company. The new management in place for more than 2 years now and have serviced hundreds of customers to satisfaction and has been able to reduce the turn around time from 2 weeks to about a week. I would rather give it a ZERO rating. HORRIBLE place please dont waste your money.Better spend few extra Cents and go to Mckinney embroidme and get a professional work done. we placed an order for 2 shirts and the guy who was on the phone never returned my call,whereas one of my acquaintance who ordered same number of shirts got the shirts in time.When i called this very particular store i get the answer that there was a confusion ,when i send a follow up email this guy never replied to my email.Those shirts were for my juniors as an appreciation for their hard work. This is not the first time this happened to me in this particular store.I think it all changed along with the new management,very dirty and disorganized place. Soon they will be out of business if this continues. someone must complain it to the corporate .I am not a racist but i give a zero star for email manners and phone manners to this store.

$500 golf bag. Brought to have my name embroidered. Seems like old owners sold the business. Picked it up and the first name is in a larger font than the last name. Really? Looks terrible. Thanks for ruining a new $500 bag. Hoping I can find someone else to fix it.

I had few Cricket jerseys and towels to be embroidered and Vinyl lettering. when i entered the store there were 2-3 women sitting behind the reception area and they didnt even come to ask me about my order.They were chit chatting ,i stood there for morethan 5 minutes and finally had to go somewhere else for my order.please train your employees how to receive a customer.They were so involved in their conversation that they didnt even notice me coming in/or they were not interested to do their job. I give zero stars for customer service
