They charged me over $300 to fix a toilet. The water ran constantly, after they fixed it- the water still ran constantly. They did not fix it! I called them back to my house and they tried to charge me another $225 saying that the toilet would need to be rebuilt. I called the owner so that he could make due on the $300 fee I paid to have the toilet fixed. He said he would get back to me and never did. I ordered a new heavy duty flapper on Amazon for $10 and I fixed it myself. What a waste of $300, and a shame that an owner of a local company wouldn't take care of a customer.

Terrible service. They confirmed an appointment for us and left us waiting. I called them to ask if someone was coming and said they were closed and then he began blaming it in the secretary for scheduling.

I appreciated the response time, I call at 7:30 and Ryan showed up at 8:30. Gave me an estimate, was helpful and polite. Ryan installed a water heater and fixed a main line value by 11:30. His workmanship was impressive. Thank you

We had a gas leak that the gas company narrowed down to the garage that had been converted into a bedroom. They shut off the gas & we were without heat or hot water. We needed to have repairs made quickly as my mother who is 85 yrs old lives with us. Advanced Plumbing was the only company that responded quickly and on time, they came out that day and the technician Daniel Brennan was able to locate where he thought the leak was coming from. I unfortunately at the time wanted to get a second opinion & had another company come out, which was a waste of time. I called Advanced back & Tina was able to get Daniel out that next day to repair the leak. We called the gas company to come out and they found no traces of the leak, however they found problems not having to do with the leak in the water heater. Daniel was able to replace it same day. He was professional and very clean in the way he worked. I've had other contractors come out & they always leave a mess I have to clean up, Daniel left it spotless. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do they will definitely be the first ones I call. Thank you Daniel and Tina for your professionalism and courtesy.

We have an issue with not getting hot water in couple of our bathrooms. Ryan came here to check and he never isolated what the real issue with our hot water is. He said the tankless water heaters need to be flushed annually. We were not aware of that. So I agreed to get it done. After doing the flushing (total cost $403) nothing got fixed. He then suggests it could be cartridge issue. So after spending $403 I am back to square one. What a rip off..... Update: David contacted me and he offered to check the issue with hot water. He was here and he looked at the system. I will update my experience as we progress. At least we are heading in the right direction for now.
