Lost a pilot's name patch I brought in to have custom embroidered. Staff neither admitted to the mistake, nor offered to make it right in any way...just acted oblivious, confused and unapologetic. The area behind the counter was a complete mess; I don't know how they can operate with such poor customer service and blatant disorganization. I don't know if things have changed since then, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Every time we have went there (which has been like 10 times and spent over $1000 there) they tell us a date and miss it by like a month or more ... especially during the holidays. Don't take anything there that you need for the holidays or in a timely manner. No apologies or nothing and I have also seen other customers in there saying the same thing. Also seen her cave and do someone's order immediately that she didn't do in time... but then turned around and told me to basically get bent that mine wasn't going to get done immediately like the woman in front of me although mine was already 2 weeks late. I will never take another stitch of business there- hometown or not. Do what you say you're going to do. Lying is no way to conduct business... especially that kind where time is of the essence. If you don't have the time or the man power tell them the truth!
