If you want to pay 2X because of the location go for it, and 2x for half the customer service you would expect for $150 for a business card and $1 each for a half sheet flyer then go for it. We requested a quote and were shocked by an almost $1k cost for a small amount of business cards (200) and flyers. They have extra fees for everything tacked on. We requested a different price option if possible and instead of providing a quote for a different card type, they simply cancelled the order entirely without responding to our request. It is clear they didn't want to work to serve us. They should call themselves, Print whatever is most expensive and inconvenient to the customer.

Hello Jonathan I think there may be some confusion We have never ever printed anything for a childhood cancer foundation nor do we have any record of any customer named Jonathan Brown. We are so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience but we assure you it was not with us. We would appreciate if you would rectify this and remove this review as it is absolutely a mistake. We pride our service and as you can see so many customers have great things to say about us. On a positive note we have endured many losses to cancer and we would be happy to sponsor any printing needed for child with cancer if its a non profit. I work for a childhood cancer foundation and we unfortunately relied on the owner of this company to deliver our flyers and artwork before our annual fundraiser. When my assistant called his number she was told to email instead and she could get a response faster. After we were avoided until the end of the day prior to our event, he blamed the 14 day delay of flyers on weather...

5 stars all around from me! Just moved to downtown Miami recently and I felt like I needed something to decorate my apartment walls and I ended up ordering 3 large canvases with pictures of my family and even one with my dog because why not. They came out amazing! I was so happy to have finally gotten my family pictures printed! I knew I had chosen the correct printing company because I remember when I came into their office, they were super friendly with me, vibing from the beginning. For sure I will be coming back for more printing jobs!

What I like about iprint and design usa is the fact that they are detail oriented and perfectionist in what they do. They noticed a small flaw I had in my logo design and they fixed it on the spot. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Terrible company, horrible owner. Do not use these guys for any services. Number one they are over priced! Way over priced. Two they are rude. Don't know how to treat a customer unless maybe they know you personally. Three they bait and switch the prices. There are way more inexpensive printers in Miami just do a google search. Four, I think the only people doing business with this company are people they know as well as all these reviews are bogus. This is the great thing about the internet nowadays, owners actually have repercussions on the way they run their business and treat customers, props to Google!
