The purpose of my review on this agency not encourage anyone from going to umrah but to identify and give knowledge to people so they dont suffer what we have Suffer and everything I m telling you is based on my own experience with this agency. 1: false advertising 2: unprofessional representative with no knowledge, ignorance and rude attitude 3: no proper schedules when where randomly changing the Zirat, sight seeing times without notice . Told us to take domestic flights had to pay for your own luggages and zam zam water . I would recommend every book hotels and tickets own your own it Would be a lot cheaper than getting packages from agency like this .

A lot of false advertisement and cutting corners to save money at the expense of the customer. 1. bad flight booking- Ad says flight out of SFO, they made us fly out of Sacramento. They book flights out off smaller airports to save money even if their customers have to travel 70+ miles to get there when their are closer airports. They will also not make connecting tickets so you will need to pick up your luggage and check in at each airport. They also had us wait half a day in LAX to get a flight to the smaller airport to save money. 2. Switching Hotels- The ad said we would stay at Hilton which is across the street from the Makkah Haram. We ended up switching us to Anjum which is a significant walk away from the haram. No advance notice of this change. Bait and switch last minute. 3. Unprofessional representatives- Representatives were dressed like normal people with no professionalism, sometimes even kids were their reps when meeting at airports or certain destinations, nothing that would signify they are a delta travel rep, you just have to guess which random person is the delta travel rep. Reps would also try to delegate their jobs to the customers, such as having a customer coordinate and round up all members of the group when the customer has no knowledge who is the group. This is not the customers job. 4. Lousy Tours- You can get a standard tour on your own without an agency, these tours are nothing special, you can't hear the speaker, even if you could hear the speaker, their English is so bad you can't make sense of anything. I would highly discourage from using this agency,

Very superb service, to be quite honest I remember being on the same trip as the two other one star reviews: asam waheed and alfaaz ali, they honestly ruined the trip for everybody including me. Always complaining about unecessary and unimportant accessories that were not of benefit to anyone. I will be honest because I will not stay silent when I know the truth, Delta Travels have done an amazing job and did beyond what they were expected to do. Their management was very keen to satisfy every customer even in the hardest of times, and Hajj and Umra are no joke. The employees will sacrifice their sleep and food for any of their customers and I've seen it before my own eyes. Anyone that wants to travel and actually enjoy it and be respected too should travel with Delta Travels. Matter of fact I recall an incident in which a memebr of the group of mine came across a slight problem and the management fixed it immediately and even compensated the person with luxury gifts even though the problem was very minute. To culminate, Delta Travels has been in this business for too long of a time and the petty mistakes that they're wrongfully accused of will not change my mind nor the minds of any honest human being that I an aware of.
