They do good work bit overpriced Our experience: My Lil sister wanted a specific style, but stylist kept telling her what she wanted to do rather than catering to the customer. Sis was scared to speak and got forced into something she necessary didnt want. Stylist could care less.. all good . Wish them the best though .. just wont be back

I loved my hair and how Bridget did it! I got a full sew in without a closure and it was BEAUTIFUL for my upcoming trip! HOWEVER, when I was discussing the full price with her she told me it would cost $200 for the hair and install. When she finished my hair, I was charged $200 for the hair and $240 for the install. I have never been anywhere where the install cost more than the hair. I told her that is not what she told me and I showed her messages but she insist that she told me $420. I had to drive an hour home to go get more cash and she kept my driver's license forcing me to drive without one. When I was on my way back, I told her and she rudely told me I'm leaving, when she still had my driver's license. She met up with me to give it back to me so I can give her the cash, but I was highly disappointed that she did not give me the whole price when I asked for it: she does amazing work, but that was a bad experience.

Ms Bridget is awesome!!! She started my locs a year ago this month and I'm so impressed with my hair a year later. Her salon is so professionally ran, clean, and a friendly atmosphere. Very happy with Ms Bridget keep up the good work for our community.

I have been meaning to write this review about my experience here. I will say I have been to Bridget before for micro braids and she did those good. I had been wanting some tree braids and she said she could do those and I sent her some pics of the styles i liked. My appointment was on saturday april 30th..she did the braids I paid and then I left..the braids were okay, but not in the style of the pic I wanted, but I was able to work with it. They next day they started making loops at the top of the braid and coming a loose, I texted her and she told me to come in shop and she would fix. I went into shop on monday and she fixed, but told me if I comb it will come loose. (Wth, don't comb my hair). Couple days passed, hair coming loose, it started looking liked it was a month old. I text her that saturday to ask if she was suppose to put the knots at the top so it won't come undone. Her response- No, its extentions and it sheds..okaaay...I told her my hair should not be coming a loose and its only been a week!!! Her response- she is currently with a client and she will call me when she is done. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER ! THIS WAS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! MOST HORRIBLE BRAIDS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! So that Sunday May 8th I spent mothers day taking out MY 1 WEEK OLD TREE BRAIDS THAT LOOKED LIKE CRAP!!! Next time Bridgett just say your not good at those or thats not your specialty! But I guess you needed the money!!
