Not the best experience. The person helping us must have assumed we know nothing about building. I asked several questions about building materials etc and was met with convuluted answers about why, lower quality materials (Vinyl) is better than, for example the higher warranted Hardy plank. Also received stories about why vinyl flooring is better than wood or tile. Finally, talked about using our own land which has access to city sewer, only to be informed that we would still require septic, uh, no, that's the whole point of a city connection. Definitely will not be building with them!

Working with Granite Ridge was a WONDERFUL to work with. Our project manager Jess made the whole process seamless and stress free. I now have the home of my dreams in a beautiful area designed to meet EXACTLY what my Husband and I wanted! If I were to build again I would 100% use GRB again.

Nathan Bidlack was our project manager and was very thorough and paid attention to the detail of our new home had everthing done sooner than expected. We were updated on the progress of our home every day with writing and photos. Dan McCrady was our initial contact with Granite Ridge and was very informative and worked with us through out the process I will recommend both of these gentlemen if you are looking to build.

This is the third house I have built with Granite Ridge. After closing...someone was suppose to do a 6 months check..that didn't happen.. Then was supposed to have a year check up...that didn't happen. I have email you several times...no one got back to me. I now have a patio that the concrete is so pitted and concrete missing in about 100 spots. Someone needs to get back to me. The concrete after a year and a half should not have done this.
