For 2 years I had to deal with R-L and in that time I was in contact with what felt like an endless amount of letting agents, none of which had any idea what was happening in my flat at any time. The worst bout was during a period of dampness in the flat that last 6 months. During this time the blame kept getting shifted from X to Y to Z. It only got resolved when me and my flatmate decided enough was enough and called them at 9am and 4pm EVERY day for an update. Finally we called Environmental Health which quickly got the R-L agents in action. However, it was the actual landlord who fixed the issue. Top tip for anyone actually wanting a fast reply from anyone at R-L. Pay slightly too little rent and they will call you within minutes! A great trick for when they're dodging your emails and phone calls.
Ross and Liddell have been looking after me for over 10 years, their staff are always available and cheerful and they have been so flexible and helpful when ever I have had a problem, wether that has been with on-site help, or financial. They were also very supportive during the start of the pandemic when everyone was struggling.
