Called at 5pm, they said they had a room. Arrived at 6:30pm, and their computer system was down and said they couldn't check us in--in case someone else had booked the room after we'd called. They said to come back in a little while. We came back at 8pm, system wasn't on yet. They said they'd call if it came back on at 9. By 9:20pm we said screw it and slept in our car in their parking lot and I think that says enough.
