They put in my power steering pump. When they did they left out an o-ring on the high pressure line this caused caused the pump to break.. When I called to ask about a partial refund they accused me of being on Meth and insisted I take a drug test. I have a master's degree, drug addicts do not usually have an education. Do not use them, IF THEY MESS UP YOU WILL MEVER GET REIMBURSED!#!!!!!!I have never been so insulted and angry in my life!!!!!

Had this guys change a turbo for us and it was a nightmare. They called us when they were done installing the turbo and one of our drivers went to the truck and when he started it , he noticed a lot of smoke coming from the truck and he(our driver) switched off the truck.. The driver immediately questioned this and the mechanic said it was normal , the truck was burning the oil felt over in the system. The mechanic immediately started the truck again and raved it a couple of times and at that point , the truck continued raving itself uncontrollably and ended up blowing up the engine. When I talked to Matt he said the new turbo caused it cause it was not calibrated . I called the freightliner and cummins dealer and was informed that the turbo in this trucks do not need to be calibrated. They have since refused to take responsibility for their actions that left our truck with a blown engine. These guys do not need to be in business , they are unprofessional and dishonest and a rip off.

Had never used Matts Mobile Service before. Kenneth was the mechanic who came to fix my car. Had it fixed in an hour and was very knowledgeable. Showed me the problem. Very honest. Will definitely use this company again for any mechanical issues.
