After putting bills in mailbox 3 hours earlier and 2 hours after appointment and still waiting on a call to a door, I called and the rude lady said impossible that I put them there 3 hours ago, they check at least every 30 minutes. Then within 5 seconds she says they're inside another guy's envelope that just got there. I can see 2 envelopes getting stuck to each other, but when mine was only envelope when I put in box, tells me you miss placed them. Don't be rude to me because you lost my bills
