Why can't I give a zero rating? Probably my worst business interaction/experience since starting my business 6 years ago. I will try to keep it brief. In short, we reached out to Label Impressions the first week of May about getting some sample sachets made. We told them very clearly that this was new to us, and we needed guidance. We were told 4 weeks production time. We paid our deposit on May 24th...sent in the product to have the sachets made....then crickets. Crickets. Crickets. After months of calling, emailing, trying to find out where our packets are, I just kept getting the run-around, and excuses. Fast forward to October - 5 months later. I finally got ahold of the Sales Manager, the General Manager, then COO of the company, and was told that our project had gone "sideways" (his words), and that he would dig into it. Promises of "I will call you tomorrow" with no calls, etc. Today it ended with "sorry - we will refund your money and send your bulk product back". 5 months later, I still have no packettes, I have wasted HOURS, my employees have wasted HOURS, I am now getting 5 month old natural product sent back to me, and I am back at ground zero. Literally, use ANY OTHER COMPANY if you want your job actually completed. They are deceitful, unresponsive, and did not do the job they were hired for.
