Your companys prices were much higher than every company we are accustomed to using. We were willing to try you out based on the personal attention we were guaranteed by your sales department. This was pitched to us as you get what you pay for and we are a small business just like yours that cares about you as a customer. We afforded you one shipment and we trusted you to deliver to a customer and you have embarrassed us. You blew our pickup date with absolutely no communication, exactly what we were promised would not happen. We will never use this company again. Their dishonest and deceptive business practices may have cost our small business a major customer.
