This is such a rip off company. $19-$20 for just an easy print in black and white words on the back, and nothing on the front, along with other companies offering $7 for something like that, on a size small. This such a rip off, especially after bringing my own shirt to help make things cheaper. I will not buy it or pay for it. It's their own loss for losing a customer, and for not taking care of better deals, and prices for smaller things. I'm getting the shirt done as a hot-print at Carol's Copy Center. This Free The Ink company doesn't even answer any of my phone calls, to a point where I leave a voicemail, and they hardly even read my email responses. All i know from this point that if they try to make me pay money that they know I don't have, I will already have the job done with another company, and paid for there.
This location is such a rip off. They charge $15 or more for such little work. Other printing shops usually charge around $7 ish as to what I have seen. Never go here, unless you want to pay more than how much it should be worth. my son ordered, with my own small shirt, in black and white on the back, and is charged more than it needs to be.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is the second time I've had to place a rush order with them, and both times they absolutely killed it! Everyone I've spoken to is so polite and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, even with last minute requests or changes in printing. They always make me feel like a priority and service is top-notch. Sarai and Bryan are personable and knowledgable, and I would recommend FIP to anyone :)
I regret ever making any order there in the first place. They may seem good at first, but in reality, it really is a rip off, with their prices, for how much they charge for such little work. I mean, $20 for just a size small and in black and white in the back of the shirt, that I especially brought from home. Such a stinking rip off.
