My business' website was neglected for several years and needed updating, including design, search engine optimization, and adaptation of the website for mobile formats. I believe this was Katie's first medical website. Although the technical nature of the content required that I do most of the writing, the design of the site and the search engine optimization were Katie's work. The feedback I received on aesthetics and navigation of the website was extremely positive. Moreover, the almost immediate impact of the website on my medical practice has been dramatic. There is been a sharp increase in the percentage of patients finding us through the website and, more remarkably, the patients coming to us from the website via Internet search are more likely to have problems for which we can offer help than those patients referred by primary care providers. The bottom line is that in the 3 months since the website went live, my business has increased dramatically. I am so grateful for Katie's help!
