Placed an order for two shirts in September and its almost been 3 months and no order has been shipped yet. Tried to contact Nathan at his email in October but never heard anything back. I understand they are very busy but just disappointing they couldnt even bother to email back when I paid $7.50 for shipping that hasnt even been placed for MONTHS. Bad business to take orders you obviously cant fill, especially in a timely manner.

It's been more than a month since I been waiting for my Item. I talked to them they'd said 3 to 5 days for shipping (plus you have to paid for shipping) but that it will take 7 to 10 days to produce. I ordered on August 5th and today is September 12 and I'm still waiting. I talked to Nathan Dodds on August 13 he said I will receive the item by the following week and I haven't received it or heard anything.

I had a small but complicated job consisting of many sizes, patterns and fonts. Nathan listened very carefully, asked questions to make sure he understood my need, and then delivered it absolutely perfectly! His attention to the smallest detail was so important to me and the result was absolutely what I was looking for. This was not the first time I have used their printing services - I have always been pleased with their work - but this time, they really pulled it off! Thank you guys. No wonder you are the best in town. You really listen to the customer.

Call first and hope for an answer. This is the second time I have come during posted business hours and the store is closed. Its very frustrating when you drive over on limited lunch breaks or from a distance and you cant pick up your item. I dont think having posted hours is fair if they truly arent the hours you are there. Im additional I have called and emailed asking for hours so this doesnt happen and both go unanswered. I should have learned my lesson after the first experience and had my second order shipped. Lesson learned now. Ill pay for shipping in the future.
