WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE LINES DEDICATED TO DISCUSSING APPLICATIONS IN PROCESS OR WHAT IS NEEDED FOR APPROVAL. Guidelines are listed on our website. We often have 50-100 homes available for rent and we receive hundreds of inquiries daily. It is not possible for us to give personalized service to everyone inquiring about our rentals or our application process. Our automated approval system is user friendly and streamlines renting for individuals that meet the minimum guidelines. Working with pre-approved applicants allows us to stay focused on assisting people who qualify. We have helped many individuals obtain affordable housing for more than a decade. The negative reviews posted in this forum, in general, are from individuals who simply did not get approved. If not approved an email is sent with a reason for denial. Alpine Leasing, LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage (ID 2015041400061). Our quality control department reviews denials as well as approvals daily to ensure we are operating within all guidelines and regulations that oversee real estate practices. Where do I start? Horrible. They list a property for rent with their phone number , and they dont answer the phone. They send you automated text to schedule showing appointment, and when you get there the appointment site says you have to apply first. We apply - wait 5 days. Crickets. Six days later - they send text saying were approved. But we still cant see the home. Tried calling again. No answer - just standard voicemail. Their listed office hours are 10-2pm Mon- Thu. Closed Fri - Sun - and oh - they dont response to google reviews per their own message online despite others claiming they kept their fund/deposit/money. Clearly - its either they have a goal to be the worst customer service company in town or they are incapable of managing a business. Perhaps, reporting them to the real estate commission might nudge them a bit. My two cents. Update 7/30: I feel compelled to edit my earlier commentary because they recently responded (weeks after my posting). In their response, they suggested that they dont comment to folks that is not approved. Clearly its an auto response - as they did approve me per my earlier note but they are too stupid to even know that. Horrible company - suggest you all file a BBB complaint and report them to your local real estate commission. Bad business practices and bad customer service should be unacceptable to all. My 2 cents.

The easiest process after I figured out the right files to submit for I am self employed. I got approved for a $ amount and started driving around looking at the homes I wanted to see the inside of. Once I found the home I wanted I was in it by Monday. Had a few questions and Heather was very quick to respond to my email, which that really meant a lot to me. I am a homeowner and I am glad I choose this company to also rent from. Thanks Alpine for being an amazing company l.

This is a terrific leasing company. They work promptly to fix all concerns in a timely manner. They are friendly and I would recommend Alpine to anyone who is looking to move.

This is what was sent to me I applied at 3:39 and at 4:40 they denied me saying this. Even though I had never rented anything in my name before never even had my own home ever, this wouldve been my first. But apparently I had all of this on my background. My credit is great and Ive been building my credit for years. They just want your money. BEFORE Viewing they make you apply with a 50 dollar application fee only to get denied. I even had a co-signer who has great credit and a large amount of money/ a good job and been living at their place for quite some time (my grandparents) MORAL OF THE STORY THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS #FACTS
