This customer has been very untruthful with us and this review. He did not buy from Precision Signs he bought from our wholesale company Poly Bag Planet. Poly Bag Planet is a wholesale company. So the fact that he is posting a bad review on a company page that he didn't buy from is concerning. After looking into his "dealer" application we had found out that he was trying to buy signs wholesale for his own company that he works for. We do not sell wholesale to the end user. We told him that we had found out that he was not being truthful and because he got caught he got very upset with us. We have all the information to prove our side of the story. In regard to it taking a long time; this is untruthful also. He delayed the process because he changed the artwork. Placed an order for signs, paid in full, Jeff (claims to be the owner) called and demanded more money. On September 3rd 2013 I submitted an application for Broker Status with Precision Signz Broker company Polybag Planet. I received notification that my application had been approved and I could order signs. I ordered signs October 15th. I was told this would take 2 weeks. On/or about Oct 30th I called to check on the signs, I was told they would be a couple days late. On November 13th I receive a phone call from Jeff saying that he has researched me and does not believe me to be a broker and that he thinks I am working as an employee for my customer. He says that unless we pay him more money (the retail price) he is not shipping the signs. I am not sure if they had a problem in production and this was their way of stalling or what. I emailed a link to a online folder that showed work I do for other companies and included digital versions of my biz card. Supposedly that was not enough so I then presented 3 options. 1. Hold to the terms of the agreement and ship the signs. 2. A full refund. 3. Lawyers. I finally got an email stating the signs would be shipped. My problem with this situation is that he had a month and a half from when I submitted my application to decide if he would do business with me as a broker. why is it after he has allowed this time to pass and receives 3200.00 dollars then he has a problem. Your Desired Resolution: My client has lost a significant percentage of the amount of time available to sell the products for which these signs where intended. They where supposed to have been delivered 2 weeks after they where ordered. That would have been the end of October not the middle of November. My client will have lost 2 weeks of prime selling time as we approach winter. The signs were for windows and siding to help decrease peoples heating bills. At this point I feel the signs should be heavily discounted. I also feel this should be made public so other people know what they are dealing with. I have email documentation of everything I described above and would love to provide it. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. Please allow around 30 days for possible resolution.

Rochelle, We appreciate your feedback, but publicly speaking untruths is not ethically or professionally right. (actually legally defined as slander) As previously stated in an email to you, we apologize that you do not approve of the digital vs screen printed difference. We've offered a resolution to the situation, which you've rejected. The company you work for has been a loyal customer for some time and we are disappointed you would react and represent them in this way. Facts: We offered to replace the signs based purely on you've been a great customer in the past. (since we didn't do anything wrong) We don't hate you (so we are not hateful). We are not seeking revenge (so we're not vindictive). We always stand behind our products when we've made a mistake. We never lied or cheated you. Your order did not come close to totaling $1,000. Yes, some of our products are digitally printed, some are still screen printed. This is the way the industry is moving. We encourage you to re-rate us and edit your review based on your overall experience with us over the years, not your current emotions and frustrations.

They are liars and they are cheats! They don't stand behind their product, and they are hateful and vindictive! Find somewhere else to get signs, if they screw up your order they won't fix it. We've been ordering, been loyal customers for over a decade, and they changed how they print signs, went from screen to digital ( a big difference), they never informed us of the change, we didn't like the difference, and wouldn't have ordered if we were informed. Now we are stuck with 200 signs we don't like and all they can do is blame us! They're rude if you complain, this is not good practice for any business. All in all, we found signs WAY cheaper anyways, tho now we are stuck with a thousand dollars worth of what looks to be old, faded, used up signs.

I had recently placed an order for a large full color banner celebrating my daughter's 2nd birthday. I have ordered other items previously from Precision Signz over a duration of 3 years. I have always been treated with respect, a quick response from the staff regarding any questions, or concerns I may have had and feel they are the best prices I have found. Their staff are consistent, quick, and upheld absolute professionalism throughout the process. I can honestly say that this company is reliable, quick in getting your order places and shipped and are easy to work with. I will gladly be using Precision Signz in the future, and continue to refer their business information with my friends, family and professional network. The banner was a hit at the party!

Gary, We both agreed that the signs you received were not up to our print quality standards. However, we both agreed that you would use the signs because the defects cannot be seen from the roadways and that there was not enough time for us to reprint them for you. For both of the previously mentioned reasons, you received a discount. Therefore rectifying the situation. We apologize that you were having issues using the wires as instructed. Over millions of bag signs and wires sold, we have never had anyone report the issues you had. We still to this day, have one of your signs in our yard testing it (months later). We are disappointed you feel the need to make posts like this after coming to an agreement with us.

The signs are poor quality and they will not fix their mistakes. and I recommend avoiding this company all together. I bought 100 bag signs from here and they were ALL misprinted, The blue bled into the red and red into the blue. They were embarrassing to give out but do to time constraints we had to use them anyway. I was told "they are readable, therefore acceptable" Think about that. They were NOT what I approved, so why not replace them? Then the bag signs would not fit properly on the metal posts. The top corners would flap in the wind and eventually fold over or blow off. We spent more time fixing signs than putting them up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. After complaining about the misprint, I was told that I needed to send a nasty email if I wanted anything to be done. I was told the same thing about the posts/signs being defective. I asked to speak to who ever is in charge, but they refused to put me in contact with them. If you need signs, search Google for a different company. There are better prices out there and in the future I will do business with someone who stands behind there product, not Precision Signz or the Sign Group. I have pictures of hundreds of defective signs and I kept the misprinted signs as proof of this review. I will gladly share these images if you are considering working with this company.
