**after using the app more, lowered star rating from 2 to 1** I really wanted to like this app. CompanyCam app is clunky and not very intuitive. I don't get how the app can be so glitchy... disappointing. Compared to what I've been using, CC is a time bandit. Will continue to stumble around with CC and possibly revisit this review if I have more time to kill. : (

Our sales rep apparently misunderstood the product itself and provided inaccurate direction on how to use it. Onboarding was fine but it was soon clear that user access/restrictions were not as advertised. The training provided by our sales rep would open our database to sales reps and crews. Do you want your sales reps looking at each other's appointments? Mining your database for old rehash opportunities? How about your install crews searching for your unsold appointments in their own neighborhood? We found out that additional functionality to address this is apparently coming, but has been delayed. We've invested/wasted a ton of time training our staff and implementing the tool that we can't really risk fully using. So months after joining we're left in a holding pattern, hoping the new functionality is actually released and does what they say it will. Side note- the person we worked with to customize/setup the CRM integration is a rock star. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, follows through, delivers on time. Kudos to him and Company Cam for hiring him.

We have had company cam for about 10 months now. WE ARE very please with the entire system it has saved hours for us each week and helps me to keep eyes on the job when I am not able to be there . The showcase feathure and reports are great! VERY GOOD APP!
