Although Bernazzani Law isn't terrible by any means, they are now advertising themselves as "fathers rights" lawyers. I think this is more of a marketing ploy now that they know how strong the fathers rights movement is in the state. I did retain Bernazzani law for a while through a very contentious divorce. Although they were respectable, kind and generally attentive, I did not feel that they were exceptional to fathers rights. They basically "told me how court would go", they were not creative, innovative, or thought provoking as it relates to battling the aged court system and its outdated rulings. I would give a high rating to a lawyer that gave great "out of court" advice for things such as money movement, defensive tactics for the protection of assets and aggressive ideas to retain parental time. If you have a basic divorce, Bernazzani would be fine, but if you have a wife trying to destroy you, steal everything you ever had, beat you down mentally, and remove you from your Childs life, I suggest finding a lawyer with more reviews from fathers and backed by an actual Fathers Rights Group.

Mrs.Bernazzani who was very careless, unprofessional, worst Lwyer I ever met. And met some bad one. First and fore most you couldnt even win 50/50 custody to a women who lost two kids already to dcf, brings no witness nor facts, while I provide my own drug test do the right things and bring witnesses. Never had issue with dcf. Reason why we lost? YOUR LACK OF PREPARATION. WHEN YOH MEET WITH A CLIENT TWO DAYS BEFORE THE TRIAL THISBIS GOING CONTINUE BE YOUR RESULT. how I show up presenting myself better then my own lawyer. When I saw mrs.bernazanni enter court with open toe flip flops on a trail date I knew something wasnt right. But not only that. Thy billed me almost 10k. Including paying for emails and phone calls that are freeeee. Am NOT INCARCERATED. Your yo busy stealing my money and giving me two horrible presentation at court. I RECOMMEND PEOPLE DO YOUR RESOURCE BEFORE COMING HERE. BEFORE ANYONE THINK MONEY THE ISSUE AM MAD NO IT NOT. I GOT PRIVATE LAWYERS WHO I CALL FAMILY. BECAUSE I stay loyal to my lawyers. But you mrs. bernazzani I am embarrassed , ashamed, disgusted every time I need reply how you really respeesented me. But I will be filing a lawsuit again you.

Attorney Tony Naro was absolutely amazing! i had a traffic ticket that i needed to fight, i was looking at quite a while without my license & several hundred dollars worth of fines; he was able to reason with the court and talk it down to a small fine! he was adamant on making sure i didnt lose my license with the court and just kept trying and talking. he is a great personable guy & a big help! he was also very explanatory in everything because i find that the laws and legal systems can we quite confusing and hard to understand, he was happy to explain everything to make sure i understood what i was or wasnt agreeing to! if you need help with anything legally, definitely reach out to Anthony Naro!
