Mr. Dishmon your Xbox One experienced some type of power surge which shorted the 3 smaller mosfets through the motherboard. This was a complicated diagnosis and hence why it took as long as it did. Yes we are charging you $40 (which we explained to you upfront) for the work that we put into diagnosing your Xbox One.

I have waited from sep 12/ novem-2-2021 for them to fix my xbox one. all this time passed just to be told they cant fix it. i have to pay for diagnosis as well. I will never use them again and i hope none of my parts are missing

Tried to sell them some technical gear, used but in perfect condition. They agreed to look at it. Would not give quote or ballpark over phone, only in store, which is fine. Then only by appointment, ok. Set appointment for end of day. I arrive on time and then was made to wait 25 mins. When I finally inquired why the rude wait, was told to wait longer as they did research (they already had all day) and then was told to leave when I asked for a time frame, having sat there for 1/2 hour. Complete waste of time and inconsiderate behavior. Dont bother selling anything to them. Shop looked disorganized and messy as well.

My computer would not open so I could not enter my password. I went to Juvix The Tech Guy and this angel, Ariel welcomed me. I explained my problem and she said there could be 2 problems. She opened the computer and reset it along with removing and replacing the battery. My system started and I could enter my password. As I started to give Ariel my charge card she said no charge. WHAT! She said there was nothing wrong the computer just needed to be reset. Most places would have charged or said I would need to leave my computer. I will always go to Juvix The Tech Guy!

I took my xbox to these guys to get it cleaned out before moving into an apartment with my sister and when i called they said it was going to be a $50 payment now ive had this xbox for 6-7 years now and ive never scratched it or anything maybe if my house keys would hit it then a little scratch would appear but nothing that would make me upset now today when i went to go pick it up now dont get me wrong the front desk people that would call and give me updates she was amazing talked to me about everything that has happened since they had my xbox but apon my arrival and getting my xbox i noticed that the warranty sticker was completely removed the bottom feet have 3/4 missing theres deep scratches on the front near the on and off button theres wet dry marks all over the vent like i sat down and read all of the reviews but clearly they didnt meet there own standards.
