Terrible booking agency, if I could give them less than one star I would. The travel agent was very rude and condescending during the whole booking processes. I was planning a trip to Dubai with this agency, I even gave them a 5 thousand dollar deposit, and due to covid I had to change my travel plans, and the agent said he would change the flight dates for me when Im ready to travel. Now recently I contacted the same agent and he requested an additional 2k on TOP of my deposit and refused to book my trip to Dubai Or return my money back to me. I felt like I was scammed. Do not use this travel agency. Bunch of scammers

Great experience, we went to Hajj with sayyad travel this year , they provided us great accommodation and services , very friendly staff , we received all services that were included in our package, we highly recommended sayyad travel for hajj and umrah.

I have used this travel agent from the past 3 years, as if recent he tried to rip me off and over charged me on an umrah visa. I put trust in him to only find out later that I was being ridiculously over charged. I would never leave a review for a Muslim brothers company but I am genuinely hurt by his actions. If you need an umrah visa you can apply directly only for $125 from the saudi website. He charged me $1000 for the visa and I believe him from his words and paid. Never again, today he lost a customer.
