I purchased a new home and they installed our HVAC system. They were very professional and responsive in the beginning. So, I signed up for their maintenance program which was a huge mistake. They canceled appointments regularly and promised to follow-up but never did. Im not even sure I received all of the services I purchased because everything was so scattered. On my last maintenance appointment, they sent out an employee who made adjustments which caused condensation on all of my vents upstairs. Now I have water stains around all of them. I reported the problem to them. They sent someone over to review it and photograph the damage. He told me they would have a meeting about it and get back to me. I never heard from them except when they wanted me to sign up for their maintenance program again. I told the young man that I wouldnt sign up for anything until they addressed the water stains on the ceiling. I still have not heard back from them regarding my issue. I guess now I am responsible for the problem they created. In the 4 years since weve been in our home, condensation was never an issue until they made adjustments. I would not recommend this company as they dont follow through or honor their commitments.

On one of the hottest days to be without AC I called Advent Air. Thank goodness! They didn't tell me they were too busy - they were so nice and scheduled same day service. Technician Alejandro called before arrival, right on time, accessed the problem and got it resolved. Highly recommend!!

I have used them for 8 years. I did not have issues until this year. Not sure if they have new management or owners, but the service was terrible this last time. I had a maintenance contract for 2-3 years. Long story short AC was not working. Tech arrived and said the control board needed to be replaced. Turns out they did not have the part. It was on back-order. This went on for several weeks. Never could get an update and schedule on when it would arrive.. Very poor communications and follow-up. After waiting over 10 days I called a competitor and it turned out the board was fine, the system had a Low Freon Alarm. After putting gauges on it, it showed no Freon, Open up the coil and it showed extensive corrosion and oil residue, where the Freon escaped.. ie. Don't use them, techs seem poorly trained, and Managers fail to communicate..
