Website told me synthetic blend oil change, shop put regular oil in car. Why would the mechanic not know this? Just have bad luck with this spot.

Worst experience EVER! I have purchase more than 10 cars in my life. I love road trips as I am an entrepreneur and travel for work. My experience with Rick Case has been the absolute WORST. I brought my fat in February and still no tags. I came in with a check from my bank so no need to think they were wasting their time but at my first Rick Case (Duluth) I told them exactly what I wanted after the run around and waiting it took over an hour for them to say we dont have one. I was at Rick Case Hyundai asking for a Hyundai by the way. So because of the warranty I decided to try another one. Got even worst, ask for a carfax once they found one he said after the text drive. It was raining that day so I could really tell there was a scratch going down the side but no worries Ill get the carfax right, no! Claimed he didnt have it and I should purchase before it was gone. So, I did! It was the car I wanted. Purchase the car seemingly ok but off course I got all the mark ups until they used my entire check, which would have been fine if I did not later find out they had mark those up. How do I know you asked because after doing my tax papers wrong I had to re do my contract where they lowered some of the price to get the sell. As if paying 50 plus for a car was not enough. After paying for title taxes tags, I was sent to the DMV to get my tags and they charged me $300. I called the dealership, response was Idk why, call Opus ask them. I did they were completely confused. DMV said no one signed the title so after you pay you still cant get the tags. Which I still almost in May do not have!!! Later I called and said my engine light was on and the oil wasnt changed. I asked would they do that less than 24 hours from purchasing and the finance manager said NO. This has been my worst car buying experience EVER! Update its 4/26, I purchased on 2/22 still no tags.
