I have booked a service after purchasing the services with 24/7. I knew something was wrong with my boiler, because it was not working properly and then I had couple of conversation with your customer service to book it at soon as possible, although, they asked me couple of questions before coming in i.e. is your boiler working I said yes. Unfortunately, because I didnt mention the word breakdown or that the boiler was not working properly, the service person found out a fault and I must pay in front 300quid which I basically dont have. Just because I didn't find it myself and report it they wont be able to cover it, which is astonished to be honest the only reason I pay for insurance is not to pay these costs at front. I found it very tricky and unreliable to be with a company that is offering a service and because I didnt mention the word breakdown or boiler is not working properly, I can claim the services that I am paying for cause is a remedial work but if I have found myself and report they would cover it. Basically, I think they trying to not cover any cost at all cost instead of keep customers happy. I dont really want to carry on with company that is trying to tricky me instead of helping me. I would like to know if my contract is regulating? can you please confirm. That being said, if you are with them always book a breakdown instead of service that will cover your back otherwise avoid them if you can.

Avoid this company This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Reported a fault 3 weeks ago and it is still not resolved. I have rung them several times, on 4 occasions they have cut me off. I asked to speak a manager, they said they are not allowed to forward the call to a manager. They will try sell you a new boiler at every opportunity.
