Poor experience customer service wise but the quality of one of the paid orders was excellent. I have been going back and forth with trying to get an order filled for the past 2 months and little to no response even after I paid for the order again. I have called at least 10 times-no reply. Emailed just as many times and always there is an excuse for the delay and only responded maybe 5 out of 10 times. My disappointment is that I always try to support women and minority owned businesses and really sough them out even though they were out of the way from where I am located. By not fulfilling my PAID ORDER it has caused me tension on my job since this order was for my employer. I am regretful I contracted with them for business. Lesson Learned Pros: Great quality work Cons: Poor follow up, bad communication
