This establishment has horrible customer service! The sales guy Josh was communicating with us about a upcoming order. We were planning on ordering 15 yards of rubber mulch at the sale price. We reached out on the day of the sale with no response back. We then called the next business day and the lady says no Josh works for the company and they won't honor the sale price, then hangs up in the middle of the conversation! I cleary have text messages from a Josh. So I call the cell number back numerous times and she picks up and still denied that a Josh works there even though there is a text thread. We have plenty of business and will go elsewhere with a better vendor

We ordered from this company last year and were happy , so much so we wanted to order again . We ordered 2,000lbs last season and received a quote this season for 1,000lbs and it was more than the 2,000 we originally ordered. I understand that prices rise and Covid has had an impact but Im disappointed in the communication from the company . I sent several follow up emails asking if they would offer any discount since we are returning customers . I was hoping for a simple response so we can move on and explore other quotes , but am yet to receive anything . I feel that they have great products but would not recommend them due to their customer service and lack of commitment and communication to past customers .

Im so sorry you feel this way, but you must have us mixed up with some other company. The truckers that enter my building get a candy bar, cold water bottle and snacks for doing such a good job! We love our truckers!

Truckers, just don't pickup from here. Impolite and irresponsible workers at the shipping office. If you still decided to try your luck I would strongly recommend to weigh and get an empty scale ticket beforehand.
