Complete scam. Been a customer for over three years. There is NEVER anyone working. I am on my 9th day in a row calling this company to reconcile their overcharges. Voice-mail for every person everyday. Stay away!!!!

I liked the sales presentation delivered by Matthew Sipsy and accepted their proposal for a digital marketing campaign for a new business. It's expensive but he told me "demand was strong" for services in my area. And that they would be monitoring and adjusting as needed. Well, it's been two months and I have spent thousands of dollars and they have generated one viable lead. That's right-one lead! Which is fine, it's a new business after all. My issue is they don't want to talk about it and I certainly can't afford to stay on this path. I would like to discuss possible adjustments but they are unresponsive. It's a classic case of over promise and under deliver. From my perspective they have given me no reason to think they care. They are good at billing though. They are prolific billers sending individual bills for each of their separate offerings. So at least they are keeping me busy, albeit coding transactions in my accounting system. I don't know if it was a factor but they setup my Google tracking number with an out of state number. That was over a month ago they said they changed it but since then they have generated no leads, just 8 one ring hang-ups that cost about $115 each. I would think the prudent thing to do would be to verify that everything was setup correctly because it certainly seems like something is wrong. I have been reaching out for over a month now have not been able to schedule a meeting. Over the past two weeks they have been unresponsive and I am faced with having to make unfortunate decision to move on. I don't think they have given me any choice. Perhaps someone at Qiigo will get this review and offer some help. Best regards, Mike

Wes has been very helpful from the start. We were using another company for marketing they were terrible and we lost confidence in using any marketing company at all. However Wes gained our trust by explaining everything fully, and walked us through the process on how to market effectively. Qiigo should be proud on having an employee that has the qualities Wes possesses.

Our Account Manager Jonah replies to our many emails promptly and professionally without fail. Qiigo and everyone we've dealt with so far is extremely knowledgeable and they always offer the best recommendations and advice for making our digital presence better. I have tried contacting my account representative on two separate occasions, both by email and phone. They are extremely unresponsive. Both times I was asked to be contacted by the end of the day for an urgent manner. If you like talking to yourself this would be a great place for you to do business.
