08/08/2022 I arrived at my scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance, I arrived 10 minutes early and they told me that the doctor did not arrive that they should tire me out the appointment is the worst thing they can do they have to notify her in time I missed work

I really wanted to like this place but please avoid bringing your children to be treated here. My 14 year old was bounced from therapist to therapist due them leaving the company, even the medication specialist who was treating her, also left the company. Appointments would be canceled at the last minute. We finally called it quits with them after she was supposed to meet with a new therapist (virtual) who we confirmed the appointment, and after my daughter waited almost half an hour for the session to start, the therapist never showed. No communication at all about her running late or not being able to keep the appointment. Teen depression is so high right now and its very unfortunate that my daughter did not receive the help she really needed with this clinic.
