I dont give it 0 stars because the system doesnt let you. I've been doing business with this place for a while now and I have to say the costumer service is HORRIBLE!! The wannabe manager has no idea how to manage even a storage unit, young girl that has NO idea of what costumer service is. I will never do busienss with them again. The embroidery of the digital imagine doesnt look even close to the image I gave them and approved. When I complained, they promise to call me back and that never happened of course and I had to be on top of them. Not sure if the owner is aware of this, but not sure if he or she even care. The lady that works in the back on the embroidery machine is as rude as the manager and still they have a lot of business, maybe because people like me dont say anything or because there are not many embroydery stores around. My only suggestion is RUN, RUN, RUN as fast as you can and dont give out your money to this people. I'm sure I will never do it again.
