PLC is an amazing place. Our daughter left behind the rat race of high school, along with her anxiety and related illness, and learned that she is in control of her future. She thrived at PLC under the mentorship of professional, caring staff. Cant say enough good things about the PLC community and the positive influence on our daughter.

PLC has been a fantastic experience for both our son and us as parents. It provides just enough structure to be meaningful while still allowing for the flexibility for self-directed learning that we've built into our approach to homeschooling.

After years of trying to find a fit for our son's learning experience, PLC has truly been a blessing. I can't overstate the positive difference PLC has made in "our" lives. We tried main stream education, tutoring, on-line high school, none of which resonated. PLC has resonated. The staff and volunteers are amazing. From the frequent field trips, to his internship, to his participation in the YMCA Teen Leadership Summit, to the Spartan Endurance Race, to his teaching a class in music appreciation to his fellow PLC mates, to taking college credit classes at Mercer County Community College...all a result of his being at PLC One of the many benefits of the small environment is PLC is very agile. A customized self styled program for each kid. Makes learning fun and engaging. Our son has learned possibilities are unlimited, the fruits of "Yes" and the value of failures. We always knew he was an amazing kid. I honestly had no idea how amazing. He's off to college soon. I can't thank Joel, Katy, Allison and Scott enough.

I have been a volunteer teacher/tutor at PLC for the last 6 months. Over this time I have been so impressed by the amazing community they have created. Students learn in an environment which they enjoy coming to each day and the results can be seen in each of their graduates. Looking forward to spending even more time there next year.
