Dont go there. They delivered my lens without anti-reflective coating. When I went back to confront them, instead of fixing the mistake, they claimed that I used chemical to wash the coating off. What chemical will do that ? And why wasnt I told not to use this particular chemical on the lens ?

An extremely rude,non cooperative,full of attitude staff with the self impression that they are in the business for past 60 years so they have liberty to talk whatever they think.I was their regular customer for many years because of the doctor but today decided to stop going there.Doctor is very good but staff is very rude,manner less.Appointment schedule is not computerized,no appointment reminders you have to think 100 times before you ask any doubts as you never know what kind of answer you will receive.

I have been going here since I was 8 years old and now Im about to be 32. Always good service and I wouldnt go anywhere else if it wasnt for the fact that I moved to a different state.

Should give more instructions on contact lens wear and usage. Just shows you how to put them in and take them out. Needs to be more detail oriented. Front desk should also have better manners.
