Never in my entire life have I had a worse shopping experience. I made an offer on USED equipment that he had out in his outdoor lot and Scott got IRATE with me over it. I even said that I wasn't trying to insult him and he did not calm down, and continued to yell at me. The way his personality changed on a dime was more than alarming. Then, as we're walking thru his creepy storage room, he shut the light off on me and left me in complete darkness. At that point, I began to feel as though my physical safety was in jeopardy. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but especially not to a woman shopping alone. In response to your response - all you had to say to me was that your prices were firm. Instead, you chose to yell at me even after I tried to de-escalate by telling you I wasn't trying to offend you. I don't know if you were having a bad day or what, but like I said, I have never had a worse shopping experience in my entire life and you made me feel unsafe.

I am amazed at the selection and affordability. While I dont have a need for the large restaurant equipment, Ive found plenty of restaurant grade cookware to use in my own home! Definitely worth looking into, you may be surprised by what you find!
