I am currently writing a review on a laptop that they told me would cost $800 minimum to fix. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 5 minutes, it was so easy they didn't even charge me. This place is kind of a scam, don't go there.
Just a terrible experience. I was really looking forward to meeting with someone at simply mac in order to solve my problem after reading the reviews. My experience however was not in any a good one. I had an appointment scheduled and went to the store and it was closed. I tried calling and was put on hold for over 2 hours. I was unable to leave a message when prompted. I think it is incredibly unprofessional to give your hours of operation as open and let people make appointments and then not let them know ahead of time that no one will be at the store on that day. Overall horrible customer service from beginning to end will never send anyone there but will rather refer them to a different retailer.
They took my watch for repair and then closed permanently. I havent heard anything from them about getting my watch back. Hopefully Apple can help out.
