They never returned my phone calls. Update: I was asked to go to a website and provide all the info of who I spoke with and what phone number I called... I see why the secretary, or whoever answered, was rude. The website provides a number. That's the phone number I dialed. It's not my job to fix your office problems! I was hoping someone would contact me to see why the heck I called and left my name and phone number but instead I have to deal with someone that thinks everyone is on their time... sorry but you have wasted my time enough and would appreciate if you accept your mistake and stop asking me to waste more time your " horrible" customer service.

While the homes are very nice and well put together, this review is about the owners of ICON Custom Home Builder, LLC. I'll make this short and simple. Money hungry, greedy, impatient, rude, and incompetent. I will not pursue my new home to be built by this company.
