Customer service is sub-par. Recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a shot. Appointments can only be made via app, don't bother asking for a business card or trying to call in to schedule appointment. Even if you make an appointment most of the time someone is already sitting in the seat when you arrive and you are stuck waiting. Took my boys there four times as I try to support black business as much as I can. After several disappointments I attempted to try another barber however when I tried to book another barber I was told they don't step on each other's toes so I couldn't get service from any other barber. So basically I was being forced to spend $40 on a haircut that I wasn't satisfied with. Got to love my people smh.
