Rose, we are so sorry you didn't enjoy your visit. We never want to hear that we had unhappy customers. It is true that we are not Keto friendly, but we are really upfront about this. I know that we show up on internet searches, but our website, menu, and social media all say we don't have keto options, and the closest we have is the cheescake, which isn't really keto, it just doesn't have grain carbs, or third party items like Drinking Buddies, which we sell. Again, we are really sorry you were disappointed, but please be assured we do not advertise to be keto friendly, as we know our menu items are not.

The cookies are amazing. Sandwiches? Not so much. The bread tasted really stale (its not because its gluten free - Ive have had many gluten free breads that you cant even tell the difference from regular) and it was really hard so it crumbled and was difficult to eat. Also, not reasonably priced - $12 per sandwich, that I was not impressed with. They did add a lot of cheese though, which almost made up for it. But also had very unripe tomatoes. Just wasnt a great experience, and stressful for someone who has specific dietary needs.

I had the vegan rainbow sandwich and it was very good! I love their baked goods too. Scrumptious. The banana bread is my favorite.

Was traveling with my girlfriend when we found this place. She's allergic to dairy and gluten intolerant so she has a hard time eating out and finding what she really wants. She was so excited about all of options here. Stuff she never gets to order. My problem with a lot of health/vegan food places is finding something for me to eat. That wasn't the case here. I had the breakfast sandwich that was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and we wish this place wasn't days away from where we live. It's worth a try. You won't regret it.

Oh no! Sorry we haven't been living up to your expectations, we never want to hear that. We haven't really downsized the menu offerings other than holiday items that dropped off in January, but we will have new seasonal items rolling out soon.

Seems to have really gone downhill lately; the food is OK but it's kind of expensive and often dry/overly dense. It seems like they used to have a much wider selection of products
