Hi Mr. Benjamin, we appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you. Like you said it yourself, we stood behind our warranty and provide you with the best customer service possible, also allowed you to handpick the engine as per your wish. Please keep in mind, that your were mismatching the year of the vehicle with our engine and we advised against it but you still wanted to proceed and try to modify it as per spec. The First engine may have not work well for your modifications but the second engine was simply brought back due to unsatisfying feeling of your mechanic's visual inspection. We respected that, even though no evidence was presented of engine being actually faulty. No questioned were asked and we let you hand pick another one, these are used engines and as clearly stated on every forum we sell our merchandise that "labor is not covered by our warranty". Last but not least, you have a running engine in your vehicle and finally happy. So we still hope to see you again and will always appreciate your business. Cheers

Bought an engine from JDMNYC, going off their website, Engines ready to be installed no issues, paid a shop to do the work, after installation, got the car back.. noticed engine not firing properly, took it back to the shop that did the installation they did a compression test, no compression in cylinder 4, returned engine, got another, low compression in the second engine and jdm doesnt cover any labor.. a lot of time wasted, got a third engine from them & was lucky with the engine I received. Everybody be aware with what youre purchasing. The Manager/Owner .. Ricky Great customer service, but still a bunch of time & money wasted.

Bought the ej205 jdm avcs engine. Turned out to have a rod knock. Guy told me it was too late since my warranty period ended 1 day late..... there went $1300 down the drain with a wasted engine laying in the garage. Update: "Manager was trying to be helpful but at the end was not in any way and has been avoiding my phone calls" I even asked if I can get a discount if they don't want to help me with the old one. What a sad business

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered from this company transmission for Toyota Camry 2005-2006 I payed full price and they throw me , they sent me wrong transmission and now they wont give a money back say like its your problem not us. Now they said me I need pay for own ship cuz we sent you correct transmission. Bad company!!!
