Brought in a vest for a company logo and didnt receive vest how instructed, also incorrect script in lettering seemed like they made up there own. All in all print looks good would rate them higher if it came out perfect or how desired.

I left a shirt here in July for the embroidering to be fixed and was told I'd be called when it was ready. A month later, still no call, I went to the store and was told it was being worked on and that I'd be called when it was ready. Two months later, in October, still no call, I stopped by again and was told it could be ready by Monday. I asked to see the shirt, and when it was brought out I saw nothing had been done to it in 3 months.

They used to do good work but now? It was a simple task of sewing numbers on a baseball jersey & I even showed them where to attach them but after 3 attempts they still couldn't get it in the right place or straight. Maybe I should have pinned them on myself.
